ביטול הזמנה יתבצע בכפוף להוראות חוק
הגנת הצרכן התשמ"א-1981 (להלן: "חוק הגנת הצרכן") והתקנות שהותקנו
מכוחו, לאחר שהמזמין ביצע הזמנה באמצעות מערכת ההזמנות של האתר, ולאחר שקיבל אישור
מבעל המתחם על תנאי העסקה.
1. עונה רגילה:
▪ במקרה של ביטול הזמנה מרגע ביצוע
העסקה ועד 14 יום טרם מועד האירוח, ובלבד שנותרו יותר מ-14 ימי עסקים עד למועד
האירוח - יחויב המזמין בדמי ביטול בסך של 100 (מאה) ₪, או בסך של 5% (חמישה
אחוזים) משווי ההזמנה הכולל, לפי הנמוך מבניהם.
▪ במקרה של ביטול ההזמנה מהיום ה- 14 ועד
7 ימים לפני מועד האירוח (ועברו לפחות 14 ימים ממועד ביצוע ההזמנה) - יחויב המזמין
בדמי ביטול בגובה 25% מערך העסקה.
▪ במקרה של ביטול הזמנה 7 ימים ומטה
ממועד האירוח - יחויב המזמין בדמי ביטול בגובה 50% מערך העסקה.
▪ במידה ואורח ביצע הזמנה ולא הגיע
למלון ללא הודעת ביטול, במקרה כזה יחוייב האורח בסך 100% מערך ההזמנה הכולל.
▪ חיוב המזמין יתבצע על ידי החברה (או
מי מטעמה) באמצעות כרטיס האשראי שפרטיו נמסרו לחברה על ידי המזמין.
