החברה מתחייבת לעשות כמיטב יכולתה באמצעים העומדים לרשותה לשמור על סודיות פרטי הלקוחות שנמסרו בעת ההשתתפות בשיטות המכירה. החברה לא תעביר פרטים אישיים אלו לאף גורם זר אחר זולת למוכרים. 


מאחר שמדובר בביצוע פעולות בסביבה מקוונת אין באפשרותה של החברה להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני חדירות למחשביה או חשיפת המידע האגור בידי מבצעי פעולות בלתי חוקיות. אם למרות אמצעי האבטחה שנוקטת החברה יעלה בידי צד שלישי לחדור למידע אשר מאובטח ושמור בידיה ו/ או להשתמש בו לרעה, לא תהיה לך כל טענה, תביעה או דרישה כלפי החברה.


החברה שומרת לעצמה הזכות לפנות אליך בדואר אלקטרוני, WhatsApp, הודעות SMS, בכתב או בע”פ בכל מידע בדבר מבצעים, חידושים במכירות בפרט ובאתר בכלל, פרסומות מגופים מסחריים נבחרים וכיו”ב אלא אם הלקוח ציין בפני החברה כי אינו מעוניין בכך.


החברה לא תעביר פרטים אישיים של לקוחותיה לצד שלישי אלא במקרים המפורטים להלן:

אם הלקוח ביצע מעשה או מחדל הפוגעים או העלולים לפגוע בחברה או בצדדים שלישיים כלשהם, לרבות לקוחות החברה והמוכרים.

אם הלקוח עשה שימוש בשירותי החברה לביצוע מעשה בלתי חוקי או כדי לאפשר, להקל, לסייע או לעודד ביצועו של מעשה כזה.


אם הלקוח הפר את תנאי תקנון זה או כל הסכם נוסף עם החברה או מי מטעמה;

אם התקבל בידי החברה צו שיפוטי המורה לה למסור את פרטי הלקוח לצד שלישי;

בכל מחלוקת, טענה, דרישה או הליכים משפטיים, אם יהיו, בין הלקוח לבין החברה.
